Two WhatsApp enquiries in eight months. That's useful to know, and it makes this smaller — so here's the short version of what we'd do and what we still need from you.
What we'd do
Leave the van alone.
We'd suggested restickering the QR code. On those numbers it isn't worth it — no stickers, nothing to spend.
Leave Dan's number as it is.
We won't touch 07440 517077, so nothing changes on Dan's phone and the WhatsApp history stays put.
Still set up a separate WhatsApp number on the system.
About £5–10 a month. Worth having only because it's that cheap — if you don't think it's worth even that, say so and we'll drop it entirely. Nothing else waits on it.
The point
If WhatsApp is barely used, it shouldn't be where the effort goes. Better to find what's already working and build round that.
What we need from you
Two answers and we can get on with it.
For Dan
Where are the jobs coming from?
Roughly, of last month's: how many by phone, how many off the website, Google, word of mouth? It doesn't need to be exact — even a rough split tells us what to set up first.
For Sam
What's happening with the 0330?
Is 0330 133 9144 moving to Aircall, or is a new number being used? If it's new, the number on the van and the leaflets is wrong from day one — so that one's worth sorting.
